Ingredients
For The Corned Beefiness:
- 3 carrots, washed and cutting into 3-inch pieces
- one xanthous onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 pound baby red potatoes
- iv pound corned beefiness brisket, plus pickling spice packet or 1 tablespoon pickling spice
- 12 ounces stout beer
- ane/ii head cabbage, cut into 1½-inch wedges

For The Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
