Ingredients

For The Corned Beefiness:

  • 3 carrots, washed and cutting into 3-inch pieces
  • one xanthous onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes
  • iv pound corned beefiness brisket, plus pickling spice packet or 1 tablespoon pickling spice
  • 12 ounces stout beer
  • ane/ii head cabbage, cut into 1½-inch wedges
  • half-dozen cups chicken stock or h2o

For The Creamy Horseradish Sauce:

  • ane/ii loving cup sour cream
  • 1/four loving cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons raw horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

For The Corned Beef:

For The Horseradish Sauce:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and air-condition until ready to serve.
